These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between your organization and Webivorous Web Services Private Limited (“Webivorous”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing our website, reading publications, or submitting technical intake requests, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Services
Webivorous provides technology advisory, custom systems architecture, workflow automation, and digital infrastructure engineering services. Any professional engagement, technical scope of work, deliverable timeline, and commercial fee schedule is governed by an independent, mutually executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific client Statement of Work:
- Website & Publications: All editorial content, diagrams, trademarks, logos, and source code comprising this website are the proprietary property of Webivorous Web Services Private Limited.
- Client Deliverables: Bespoke code, database schemas, and proprietary business logic developed under an active commercial SOW transfer 100% to the client upon receipt of final settlement.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
We treat all non-public technical and operational information submitted through our discovery intake forms with strict commercial confidence. Formal mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are routinely executed prior to code audits or proprietary system inspections.
5. Limitation of Liability
Information and publications provided on this website are for educational and architectural informational purposes only. Webivorous shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on public web content.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
